If you want to gain an extensive knowledge along with practical (HR, L&D) skills in people practice, the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice is great. This certificate is the equivalent of an A-level and will give you the information required to obtain your CIPD Foundation Membership along with an internationally recognized CIPD qualification.
After obtaining your CIPD Level 3 qualification, you will possess both theoretical and practical abilities related to the essential areas of people practice.
These courses don’t require any prior experience, but they will give you useful skills and a hands-on understanding of the variety of duties associated with becoming a generalist assistant or administrator for human resources, learning and development, or organizational development.
There are no definitive requirements to enroll in the CIPD Level 3 Foundation course. You can enroll without them.
If you speak English as a second language, we suggest that you have attained one of the following proficiency levels, or a comparable one:
IELTS: at least 5.5 in each category, with an overall score of 5.5
TOEFL: minimum of 17 in each category, with a total score of 71.
Cambridge: at least C or above
This is not required, though, and we will be pleased to consider your case individually.
At the completion of each session, you will be required to complete a written assignment of up to 4,000 words. This will provide you the opportunity to showcase the knowledge and abilities you have learned during the courses.
After that, your assignments will be turned in online and graded by our assessors under CIPD's moderation.
Your new CIPD certificate will be granted to you after you pass all of your assignments. This will also allow you to advance to the next level and start your Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organizational Learning & Development or Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
This program explores how the digital and commercial environments shape firms and the cultures they operate in, with a focus on helping you understand the impact of external forces.
You will also analyze the impact of individual behavior on organizational culture and its capacity for change management during this session.
This lesson will teach you how decision-making, both simple and complex, is a necessary element of the work of people professionals. It focuses on how obtaining effective working practices and sound decisions to produce value requires the use of a wide range of analytics and evidence.
You will learn about the essential behaviors for people professionals in this subject, with an emphasis on the value of ethical behavior in the pursuit of value creation. The lesson looks at how to foster inclusion and a sense of well-being at work by considering how some actions and ways of thinking should be universally accepted.
You will study how to use the principles of people practice, including the employee lifecycle, policies, regulations, and law, in the qualification's last module. A successful career in people practice requires an understanding of a variety of specialized topics, which you will also study. These topics include learning and development, talent management, reward systems, and recruitment.
