We provide an Associate Diploma at CIPD Level 5, which, if completed successfully, grants Associate membership in the CIPD and allows you to use a variety of organizational L&D management abilities in the workplace.

To be eligible to study the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organizational Learning & Development, you need to meet one or more of the requirements listed below:
possess little experience in L&D from an entry-level HR or L&D position.
In a position of executive responsibility with some L&D experience
own a university degree and want to go beyond the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in their L&D studies
If you speak English as a second language, we suggest that you have attained one of the following proficiency levels, or a comparable one:
IELTS: minimum of 5.5 in each area and an overall score of 6.0
TOEFL: minimum of 17 in each category, with a total score of 79
Cambridge: at least C or above
For each module you study, you will be required to complete a written assignment of up to 4,000 words. This will allow you to demonstrate the abilities you have learned and the new knowledge you have gained from the course.
After that, you will turn in your tasks online, where CIPD will censor them and our assessors will grade them.
