Yousef is a qualified, dynamic and self-motivated HR Professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in Government and Semi Government Organizations in the UAE. During which he have held senior and managerial roles and covered all areas of Human Resources including the following:
Yousef holds a Bachelor in Human Resources Management; he is a Certified Personnel Practitioner (CPP) from the CIPD, & certified SPHR from the SHRM, certified HR Auditor and have passion toward people development, manpower planning, recruitment and HR in general.
Beside his HR experience, he has an outstanding leadership, bsuiness development, organizational development and administration experience.
