Job Title : MANAGER, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & SELECTION

The Manager of Talent Advisor is a consultative partner for sector leaders and utilizes data-driven insights to guide talent investments and futureproof the workforce. They orchestrate work architecture for the sectors, lead job redesign, career planning and strategic workforce planning initiatives align the talent strategy with the long-term strategy of the organization. They manage talent operations, change management and are involved in leadership development and coaching

Influence decisions of key stakeholders to align and adopt talent strategies though data-driven insights and evaluation of long-term organizational strategies and requirements

Develop strategic workforce plans and drive job redesign initiatives in alignment with workforce challenges and long-term capability planning for the organization

Drive the implementation of talent frameworks and solutions, providing personalized advice to address workforce challenges and manage succession of critical roles

Lead technology integration into work tasks to redesign jobs and optimize human-machine collaboration for the enhancement of long-term productivity

Provide advice and coaching to senior leaders, recommending development interventions to address leadership capability gaps

Oversee talent operations for the sector, ensuring performance issues, workplace conflicts and challenges are resolved in accordance with talent policies

Lead change management initiatives for sector, communicating rational for change and drive new mindsets and behaviors

Provide feedback from leaders and talent to shape Human Capital solutions and services and enhance talent experiences

Share root-cause analysis of recurring HC violations with Violations Committee, proposing actions and follow-ups based on best practice
