Job Title : MANAGER, TALENT CAPABILITIES
The Manager of Talent Capabilities establishes strategy for skills development, up-skilling and re-skilling strategies to ensure that the organization has the right workforce capabilities to deliver its objectives. They oversee reskilling and upskilling of talent based on future strategic needs, developing learning programs, e-learning approaches, assessment tools and performance intervention plans that cater to individual needs, department and broader the organization requirements. They design personalized learning journeys and curate bite-size learning content and build capacity for change and transformation across the organization
Drive the development of capability development strategies, incorporating the use of emerging learning tools and e-learning formats to cater to the learning needs of diverse talent groups |
Identify current and emerging capability needs for the future, to keep an ongoing pulse on capabilities needs and develop a forward-looking capability development strategy |
Engage with senior stakeholders to drive the development of organization capability strategies with a focus on personalized and e-learning pathways for diverse groups |
Lead innovative partnerships with content designers, education institutions and professional bodies to develop personalized learning programs, e-learning approaches and assessment tools to motivate self-directed learning |
Guide leaders to co-create relevant performance intervention plans, learning and career development plans based on emerging skills needed to execute long-term strategy |
Establish data-driven assessment frameworks and tools to assess employees’ sentiments, measure effectiveness and returns of learning programs and identify enhancements to drive participation |
