Job Title : MANAGER, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & SELECTION
The Manager of Leadership Development & Selection oversees the leadership selection, development and succession policies and plans for the organization. They manage the assessment and identification for leadership talent, building a robust succession pipeline to ensure leadership continuity. They idaentify leadership gaps and design leadership development programs to equip leaders with the capabilities to transform the organization into a high performing center of government.

Establish robust and data-driven identification and selection processes to assess talent readiness and suitability for leadership roles |
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop robust succession plans and build a succession pipeline for critical leadership roles |
Identify capability gaps and design leadership development programs to support transition to leadership roles and enhance leadership capabilities |
Establish data-driven frameworks to measure effectiveness and return-on-investment for leadership development programs and identify opportunities to improve outcomes |

- Experience in developing succession plans for leadership roles
- Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders to manage complex succession requests
- Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Strong knowledge on leadership assessments and selection
- Certification in valid leadership assessment and coaching approaches is an advantage
