Chief Human Capital Officer - (CHCO-P)
HR leaders are now being pushed to go beyond the traditional, tactical framework of recruitment, compensation, & benefits to embrace wider initiatives that span the entire organization. They should be able to adapt to digitization and technological advancements, support diversity programs, and even provide advice to corporate leaders. You’ll also be expected to influence corporate culture and define inclusion efforts in order to create an environment that fosters an engaged workforce. They must broaden their perspective and acquire a strategic mindset in order to achieve these increased aims. Rethink their approach to people management and expand their duties in order to effect change and give the company a competitive advantage. The CHCO program is a 2- to 3-month immersive learning experience which includes a mix of relevant courses that combine theory and real-world case studies, as well as self-paced and fireside discussions.
