Ahmed is a certified professional in talent development (CPTD) with more than 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, and learning functions. He is recognized for his structured way of thinking, proven performance coaching abilities, and learning agility.
Ahmed launched high-visibility learning and development projects designed to support the business plan of one of the top multinational pharmaceutical companies. Ahmed has been working with different training providers to design and deliver successful programs in management development, unconscious bias, communications, sales, change management, operational excellence, time management, performance improvement, and many other topics. His work has always focused on meeting the client’s strategic needs.
Ahmed leads the CPTD study group in the MENA region in alignment with the standards of the ATD Certification Institute. His burning desire to advance his career and diversify his knowledge enabled him to earn many certificates and become an expert in sales and marketing management, coaching, learning experience design, performance improvement, needs analysis and evaluating learning impact, and digital marketing. His educational background is in pharmacy.
