This program is designed to give ATD Certification Institute APTD candidates a comprehensive, facilitator-led training experience spanning nine weeks and 35 hours of learning.

This robust program uses a blended learning approach with on-demand resources; self-study modules; a five-day in-person training; and live online facilitator-led check-ins to increase your confidence in preparing for and passing the APTD exam.
The course goes beyond presenting content from the Talent Development Capability Model™ to preparing you to prove your mastery of the knowledge and skills on the exam. During the course, you’ll create an individualized study plan that identifies what you need to focus on to become certified. With a mix of lectures and engaging activities led by an expert facilitator and access to a full-length practice exam, this program gives you an end-to-end preparation experience so that you’ll leave the course feeling confident to take the exam.

Aya is an enthusiastic training professional from Egypt. With more than 15 years of experience in managing training projects and learning activities, she designs and delivers trainings that vary between soft skills and technical topics based on the trainees’ needs and organizations’ annual training plans. She works with external training providers, internal instructors, and subject matter experts (SMEs) with a proven record of interpersonal skills and achievements across seven countries.

Mohammed Mamdouh
Mohamed is a senior learning and talent development manager for one of the top multinational pharmaceutical companies. He is a passionate lifelong learner. Recognized for his loyalty, proven leadership abilities, and learning agility, Mohamed has 19 years of diversified experience in corporate business in the pharmaceutical, medical, and learning and development fields.
Mohamed has performed needs analysis and gap assessments to provide recommendations to senior leaders for developing L&D strategies. He also has designed, developed, and delivered customized training and development programs for cross-functional businesses.
As an ATD Master Trainer®, Mohamed delivers and facilitates various topics, including performance management and improvement, talent management and development, career development, and leadership skills. In addition, as a certified global strengths coach (from Gallup) and global career development coach (from CEE), he coaches individuals, managers, and leaders to identify their own strengths and then capitalize on them to serve their life and career goals.
Mohamed leads CPTD study groups in the MENA region in alignment with the standards of the ATD Certification Institute. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. His passion is to continue his professional development that has led him to earn many certifications from reputable associations and organizations across the globe, such as ATD, NCDA, CEE, KPI Institute, CPP, RSCI, GALLUP, CPP, and MHS.
